For institutions

Career readiness you can operate — and prove.

Qualified students still get under-placed, and training that lives in a visiting trainer's slides leaves with the trainer. ACE delivers career readiness as an operated system: structured cohorts on the ACE Platform, with mentors, tasks, evidence — and reporting that survives scrutiny.

Evidence of delivery

Real programmes, in participants' own hand.

Not case studies — no institution is named here, and none is implied. This is what people who sat in the room actually wrote afterward.

The delivery model

What actually runs, week by week.

  1. 01

A named cohort, seated from your roster

Your participant list becomes a batch in one step — seats, codes, and invitations handled by the platform.

  2. 02

An assigned mentor and a standing weekly session

Structured delivery by a practitioner, on a cadence your calendar can hold.

  3. 03

    Curriculum pushed by stage

Participants get the ACE curriculum that matches where they actually are — not one deck for everyone.

  4. 04

    Tasks with evidence, chased automatically

Real assignments with due dates; voice/video evidence where it matters; polite automated follow-through that stops when it should.

  5. 05

    Reporting you can hold

A live performance view for the programme, and a one-page printed report for the people who approved the spend.

Proof of operation

We can show you the machine.

The platform runs real mentorship batches today. These are its own screens, shown with a fictional demo institution — no real institution or member appears here.

Illustrative · sample reportWhat a programme report can show at the end of a Campus-to-Career cohort. This sample comes from a simulated cohort: its figures are illustrative, not results from a real programme. Reporting scope and cadence are agreed for each institutional engagement.

The privacy boundary

Oversight without surveillance.

Institutions receive agreed programme-level progress summaries covering participation, completion and verified work. Individual practice inside the apps remains private. Each student's mentor sees that student's progress, scores and submitted evidence in full, and gives feedback on it. A student's private practice inside the apps — answers, recordings, word lists — is not shared with mentors or institutions. The boundary is enforced by the platform itself; your counsel can hold us to that sentence.

Engagement models

Choose by intent, not by price list.

Pilot cohort

Chosen when you want proof before commitment: one batch, one mentor, a full reporting cycle.

Department programme

Chosen when a placement season or a department’s readiness is the goal: parallel cohorts, one reporting line.

Institution-wide

Chosen when career readiness becomes part of how the institution operates, year over year.

Commercial terms are shaped per institution in the conversation — seats, mentor allocation, and reporting cadence first.

Where mentorship fits

The institutional programme is ACE Mentorship at seat scale — the same mentors, tasks, evidence and reporting, operated for your cohort sizes.
