We store data you provide to us when you create an account, purchase courses, and interact with our services. This may include:

  • Profile Information: Any additional information you add to your profile, such as a profile picture or bio.
  • Course Progress: Information about the courses you have enrolled in, your progress, and any certificates earned.
  • Payment History: A record of your transactions, though detailed financial information is handled by our payment processors.
  • Communications: Any messages you send to us or post on our platform.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To initiate a data deletion request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: Compose an email from the address associated with your ACEGlobal Pro™ account.
  2. Subject Line: Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Recipient: Send the email to privacy@aceglobalpro.com.
  4. Body of the Email: In the body of the email, please state clearly that you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data. For verification purposes, please include your full name as it appears on your account.

4. The Deletion Process

  • Verification: Upon receiving your request, we will send a confirmation email to the address on file to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion requests. You must reply to this email to confirm your request.
  • Processing Time: Once confirmed, we will process your request within 30 business days.
  • Anonymization and Deletion: We will permanently and irreversibly delete your personal data from our production systems. Certain non-personal, anonymized data (e.g., aggregated usage statistics) may be retained for analytical purposes, but this data will not be linked to you in any way.
  • Legal Holds: Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes, such as transaction records for financial auditing. This information will be securely stored and will not be used for any other purpose.

5. Confirmation of Deletion

Once the deletion process is complete, we will send you a final email confirming that your data has been erased from our systems. After this, you will no longer be able to access your account or any of your course materials.
