You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
3. Products and Payments
- Product Fees: We offer both free and paid products — eBooks, software, apps, subscription plans, and courses. For paid products, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment: You must provide a valid payment method. By purchasing a product, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for the product fees.
- Refunds: Our full Refund Policy covers memberships, single apps, desktop software, courses, eBooks and ACE Prime, and is incorporated into these Terms. In short: 7 days on memberships and single apps, 14 days on desktop software, 7 days on self-paced courses, and duplicate or failed charges refunded in full at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and product materials (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of ACEGlobal Pro™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the Content in whole or in part without our prior written consent.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:

The Services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACEGlobal Pro™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
