This Agreement is between you and ACE Global Pro ("we", "us") and governs your use of ACE Global Utilities ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept it.
Free tier. You may install and use the Software without payment. Free limits are stated in the app and may change between versions.
Pro licence. With a valid licence key we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pro features on up to two Macs you own or control. The purchase is one-off: the Software keeps working perpetually for versions released during your included 12 months of updates; renewing after that is optional and only affects access to new versions.
Resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Software; share your licence key; circumvent licence validation; reverse engineer except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded; remove proprietary notices.
The Software is a set of general-purpose tools operating on files, URLs and data you supply. You retain all rights in your content; we never receive it. You are responsible for how you use the tools — in particular, the Download capability fetches only what you ask it to fetch, and you are responsible for having the right to download and use that material. The Software is a tool, not a licence to acquire content.
At your request the Software downloads tools and models from their own publishers. Each is free software under its own licence and not distributed by us — see the third-party notices.
Pro activation contacts the ACE Platform, binds the key to a device identifier, and stores a signed token on your Mac. We may revoke keys that are shared, resold or obtained fraudulently. Deactivating a Mac frees its seat.
Purchases are handled by the store shown at the buy page, which may be a merchant of record acting as the seller. Unless the store's policy is more generous: if the Software does not work as described on a supported Mac and we cannot fix it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase at support@aceglobalpro.com.
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This Agreement ends automatically if you breach it. It is governed by the laws of India.
ACE Global Utilities has no account system, no analytics, no telemetry, and no crash reporting. We do not see your downloads, files, clipboard, backups, or the audio you subtitle. The only thing the app ever tells us is that a licence key was activated — and only if you buy one.

Exactly four situations, all user-initiated or user-visible:
1. Downloads you ask for — requests go to the sites you
name; we are not involved and cannot see them.
2. Installing tools and models — at your request, from
their publishers (GitHub, rclone.org, ffmpeg.martin-riedl.de, Hugging Face).
3. Licence activation — the key and a device identifier go
to platform.aceglobalpro.com; a signed token comes back. This is the only
request that ever reaches ACE Global Pro.
4. Update checks — the app checks its release feed
(Sparkle) carrying the app and macOS version; no identifier, no profile.
There is no fifth situation. If the app is doing something with the network this list does not cover, that is a bug — report it and we will fix it.
The app is not directed at children, contains no advertising, and we do not sell, share, or monetise any data — we do not have it to sell. Contact: support@aceglobalpro.com

The app also uses existing system or Homebrew installs of these tools when present, in which case no download occurs at all.
